This Privacy Policy explains how AutoLogicsAI ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Finder ("the Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information: your username and, for billing, information processed by our payment provider.
Research data: the job content you submit and the structured results generated, which are stored in your account so you can revisit them.
Usage and security data: basic login and session information (such as IP address and device) used to secure your account.

2. What we do not store

The AI research is performed by the Service on our own infrastructure; you do not provide or store any third-party API key, and we do not ask for one.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, operate your account, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by our authorised payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your card details are processed by them, not stored by us.

5. Data sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as hosting and payment processing) and where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and research data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
