These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Finder ("the Service"), a software application provided by AutoLogicsAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Finder is a subscription-based web application that helps users extract and organise publicly available business-contact information from job postings they submit. The Service is provided as software; we do not perform outreach or services on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to use it to harass individuals, send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law, or violate the terms of any third-party platform. You are responsible for how you use the information the Service provides.
Each subscription plan includes a set number of client searches per billing cycle. The AI research is performed by the Service on our infrastructure; you do not need to supply or configure any third-party API key. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and additional usage may require upgrading your plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our authorised payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by AutoLogicsAI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". Research results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you should verify information before relying on it. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoLogicsAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
