This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Finder subscriptions provided by AutoLogicsAI.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing rouf@autologicsai.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds are handled through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
